Unlock Your Voice & Master Public Speaking – 4-Week Program

By enrolling in the Unlock Your Voice & Master Public Speaking 4-Week Program ("the Program"), you ("the Participant") agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by EQ Consulting Co. Pty Ltd and The Mindful Communicator.

1. Program Inclusions

Upon full purchase, you will receive access to:

  • A 4-week structured online training program

  • Course materials, exercises, and downloadable resources

  • The opportunity to submit a final video for personalised feedback (subject to deadlines below)

  • A Certificate of Completion (upon meeting course requirements)

Access Duration: Unless otherwise stated, participants will have access to all course content for 12 months from the start date of the Program.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed.

  • Missed installments may result in immediate suspension of access to the Program until the outstanding balance is settled.

3. Refund Policy – 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • You are eligible for a 100% refund if a written request is received within 7 days of your purchase date.

  • Refunds must be requested by email to [email protected].

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted, including in cases of non-participation, change of mind, or failure to complete the Program.

4. Final Video Submission Policy

To receive personalised feedback, your final video must be uploaded within 7 days of the Program's completion date.
Submissions after this deadline will not be reviewed. Submission instructions will be provided during the final week of the course.

 

5. Certificate of Completion

Certificates will be issued upon full course completion once the 4-week timeframe has expired.
 Submission of the final video is encouraged but not mandatory for certificate eligibility.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of EQ Minds and The Mindful Communicator.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

  • You agree not to reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Program without prior written consent.

 

7. Participant Interactions & Conduct

EQ Minds and The Mindful Communicator aim to foster a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment.

  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully in all discussions, forums, and group sessions.

  • While we may moderate community interactions, we do not monitor all communications.

  • We disclaim all responsibility for the conduct or comments of other participants in any online setting, including forums, live sessions, or private communications.

  • Any reports of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour should be directed to [email protected], and we reserve the right to remove participants for any such conduct, without refund.

 

8. Use of Participant Content (Final Video Submissions)

By submitting your final video for feedback, you grant EQ Minds and The Mindful Communicator a non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and assess the content strictly for feedback purposes.
 Videos will not be published, shared, or used for marketing without your express written consent.

 

9. Disclaimer

This Program is designed to enhance your public speaking skills. However, individual results will vary depending on your personal effort, engagement, and external factors.

  • No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

  • This course does not constitute professional therapy, and participants are encouraged to seek qualified support if experiencing significant anxiety or distress.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • EQ Minds and The Mindful Communicator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the Program.

  • This includes but is not limited to technical failures, personal disputes, decisions made based on Program content, or participant behaviour.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection legislation.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally and in good faith.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to mediation before formal legal action is pursued.

 

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales for any disputes arising out of the Program.

 

14. Modifications

EQ Minds and The Mindful Communicator reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Participants will be notified of significant changes by email or via the Program platform.
